The Medicine Ridge neighborhood is situated north of 26th Ave between E Medicine Lake Boulevard and Highway 169 along 28th-31st streets in southeast Plymouth. Medicine Ridge is situated on the northeast side of Medicine Lake, and the community offers residents scenic views, great homes for sale, and excellent location. Within the neighborhood, there are approximately 200 single-family homes ranging in price from $200,000 to $1.22 million.

Medicine Ridge is located within close proximity to a wide variety of amenities in Plymouth.  Residents of the community have easy access to numerous shopping, dining, and recreational amenities including West Medicine Lake Park, Plymouth Community Playfield, Clifton French Regional Park, Golden Ridge Nature Area, and Rockridge Center. At West Medicine Lake Park, visitors enjoy opportunities including a swimming beach, playground, and trails along the lake. French Regional Park is a great amenity with much to offer, including lake views, a swimming beach, fishing pier, trails, and more.

Independent School District 281, also known as Robbinsdale Area Schools, serves the community of Medicine Ridge, with 72 percent of students attending college. One great school is the area is Robbinsdale Armstrong High School, which serves 2,000 students in 9th through 12th grade and provides an excellent educational program designed to enrich each student’s learning experience. Armstrong has a wide variety of athletic and co-curricular activities such as math club, writing club, soccer, football, tennis, volleyball, and more. Other schools in the area include Forest Elementary School, Plymouth Middle School, Robbinsdale Armstrong High School, St. Raphael Catholic School, and The FAIR School.
